## NIKI CLI Command Overview

NIKI ships with 16 top-level CLI commands organized into 4 logical categories:

## 1. Pipeline & Task Execution
* **`niki run <task>`**: Execute an end-to-end multi-agent coding task.
* **`niki status`**: Display status, current stage, and verdict of the active or latest task.
* **`niki report [id]`**: Render the markdown decision trail report.
* **`niki dashboard [id]`**: Launch or locate the visual HTML diff & review dashboard.

## 2. Configuration, Auth & Diagnostics
* **`niki config`**: Initialize or validate configuration files and export JSON schemas.
* **`niki auth`**: Manage secure credentials stored in the OS keyring (`login`, `logout`, `status`).
* **`niki providers`**: Health check all configured LLM provider connections.
* **`niki doctor`**: Complete system diagnostic suite across dependencies, containers, and permissions.
* **`niki recommend`**: AI-assisted model recommendation based on cost/reasoning tradeoffs.
